A sunken seedling
Lost in the weeds
Thought that she was forgotten.
But in reality, she forgot her own needs.
She's already sprouted
and she is close to a bloom
She lifted herself and found anew
She avoided that horrible doom.
She's fought for her freedom, and now she can sleep
She knows she's not forgotten, and scarcely now weeps.
She's found the true hope, and love full throttle.
